The location made it super easy to walk to nearby attractions.
I found the room quite cramped. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving us in a stuffy environment. We also encountered an odd smell in the bathroom that was rather unpleasant.

Compact room, good size bathroom and excellent service. Particularly nice views of city and reasonable and nice breakfasts with meat, boiled eggs plus cheese. Awesome and amazing location, just a walking distance from Palazzo del Viminale.

Hotel was confortable and well positioned for city attractions. Faclities were very good for a 3 star hotel, and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop "garden".

The location near Termini station made exploring easy, especially walking to sites like the Colosseum. My room, while cozy, felt cramped and the shower was very tiny were good. There seemed to be an issue with the air conditioning which didn't cool the room effectively . I appreciated having a clean room with fresh towels daily, but it would've been nice to have a few amenities, such as more toiletries. The experience was decent but could improve with more attention to room comfort and facilities.

Perfect location for absolutely you want to visit. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the food (even it's every morning the same) is tasty. Plus, the hotel is situated on a street with little traffic so it's quiet and this is a big advantage in a very noisy city.

Stayed here expecting 5-star pampering, but I was horrified by the old, cramped room and the extra small bathroom. Honestly, it reminded me of a bad joke. I thought I'd be happily upgraded for my trouble, but no one cared about my comfort. The minibar was empty, how shocking! Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Very clean and comfortable and in great location - 10 mins to Termini and 10 mins to Colliseum. Staff very efficient and friendly. I misplaced the key for my suitcase and the cleaner had found it and handed it in to reception! They let us leave our baggage in reception all day before our late flight home.
